On our website, you can place an order by filling out a feedback form or an order form for a specific product with your contact details.

Our manager will contact you and discuss your order, delivery and payment details within half an hour (during business hours) after sending the completed form.

You can choose the payment option:

  1. By cashless transfer;
  2. Cash payment;
  3. Payment by card.

Warranty

Garanti ve İade karaoke

By purchasing karaoke systems and equipment from Studio Evolution, you receive a warranty card, which provides the warranty service of the purchased karaoke equipment.

  1. Warranty service implies free repair of the product or replacement with a similar product (in case when repair is impossibile) during the warranty period, for warranty cases.
  2. The warranty is valid if a properly filled warranty card with the seller's seal and the date of sale of the product is supplied.
  3. The warranty period for the product is 24 months from the date of sale.
  4. The duration of the warranty work may not exceed 10 working days from the date of receipt of the defective product at the manufacturer's service center.
  5. Expendable materials and accessories (connecting cables, batteries, documentation, packaging, etc.) are not subject to free replacement, restoration and repair.
  6. Maintenance (dust cleaning of devices, reading systems, fans, and other components that karaoke equipment consists of) are not subject to free repair or replace and are carried out for a fee.
  7. Defects in the appearance of the product that have arisen during usage are not subject to free restoration.
  8. The service center is not responsible for the delay in performing warranty repairs for reasons beyond its control.
  9. The warranty period is extended for the time the product is under repair.

The warranty service can be refused in the following cases:

  1. Violation by the consumer of the rules of operation, storage or transportation of the product, mechanical or thermal damage, deformations that occurred after the delivery of the products to the consumer;
  2. Use of the product for purposes that do not correspond to the intended purpose of the equipment;
  3. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, maintenance or modification;
  4. Products with broken or missing protective sticker "Studio Evolution";
  5. Use of the product in a polluted environment, high or low temperatures, high humidity, rain or snow, direct sunlight, etc.;
  6. Incorrect installation or connection of the equipment;
  7. The impact of force majeure circumstances (fire, rainstorm, hurricane, lightning, earthquakes and other natural disasters);
  8. Non-compliance with the rules of care, maintenance of the product;
  9. Defects resulting from the use of low-quality or expired components (for example, connecting cables or power cables) that the Buyer had or purchased from third parties;
  10. Improper preparation for work, unskilled adjustment, including the use of excessive force;
  11. Traces of substances, liquids getting inside and/or onto the surface of the product, as well as damage caused by pets, rodents or insects.
  12. The product on which unauthorized software has been installed or attempts were made to install it.

Exchange or Refund

The exchange/return of serviceable equipment is made within 15 working days under the following conditions:

  1. The equipment was not in use;
  2. The marketable state of the equipment, consumer properties, seals, factory labels all have been preserved;
  3. There is a sales receipt or cash receipt, or other document confirming the purchase.
